Upon due consideration of the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, filed January 18, 2022, by Glen E. Frost, Elena A. Heys, and Joshua Peter Haukebo in the above-docketed matter, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before February 11, 2022, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motion to withdraw. It is further

ORDERED that, until the Court takes action on the motion to withdraw, respondent shall serve a copy of any of respondent's filings in this case on petitioner at petitioner's address of record.
