We REINSTATE these appeals.

We ordered the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine whether appellant is entitled to court-appointed counsel in these appeals. We DIRECT the Clerk to list Mark Heidenheimer as appointed counsel. All future notices shall be sent to Mark Heidenheimer, 2208 Wisteria Way, McKinney, TX 75071.
