The parties are directed to include among the issues to be briefed: (1) whether the Workers' Compensation Appellate Commission improperly made fact findings in the absence of findings by the magistrate, and, (2) whether on remand from an appellate court any additional fact findings should be made by the magistrate rather than the WCAC? The Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel, and the Association of Defense Trial Counsel, as well as other interested parties, are invited to file briefs as amici curiae. Court of Appeals No. 187340.
