WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. This writ application is untimely. The trial court denied relator's motion for a preliminary and permanent injunction on October 11, 2022, and the trial court then denied relator's second motion for a temporary restraining order and a permanent injunction on November 23, 2022. Pursuant to Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-3, the return date in civil cases shall not exceed 30 days from the date of the ruling at issue.
