On December 2, 2024, we abated this appeal and remanded the matter to the trial court for the appointment of new appellate counsel to represent appellant. On December 4, 2024, the trial court signed an order appointing Mr. Donald B. Edwards to represent appellant in this appeal. Accordingly, we LIFT our December 2, 2024 abatement and ORDER the chief deputy clerk of this court to update the court's records to show Mr. Edwards as lead counsel for appellant.

Appellant's brief is due by January 3, 2025.
