RAYMON STEFFANI LAWRENCE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 291st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause Nos. F16-20873-U & F17-00600-U

ORDER

Before the Court is court reporter Georgina Ware's January 28, 2018 second request for an extension of time. The record was due November 26, 2017. By postcard dated November 28, 2017, we notified Ms. Ware that the record was overdue and directed her to file it within thirty days. On January 3, 2018, the Court granted Ms. Ware an extension of time to January 29, 2018.

We GRANT the request to the extent that we ORDER court reporter Georgina Ware to file the complete reporter's record in these appeals WITHIN TWENTY DAYS. We caution Ms. Ware that should she fail to file the complete reporter's record within the time stated, the Court will utilize whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Ware not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in these appeals.

We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Stephanie Mitchell, Presiding Judge, 291st Judicial District Court; Georgina Ware, court reporter for the 291st Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
