The government is directed to submit, on or before March 24, 2003, any review of petitioner's custody made after June 2000 or, if none has occurred, an explanation of why no further reviews have taken place.

The Pro Se Office is directed to find pro bono counsel for petitioner on or before April 1, 2003.

The case is set for a conference in Courtroom 12D on April 14, 2003 at 2:30 p.m.
