The attorney on duty for CJA's habeas panel on March 12, 2003, Ronald Garnett, is hereby appointed to assume the representation of Gavin Lawrence.

In light of this appointment, the Pro Se Office need not find pro bono counsel for petitioner as directed by this Court's order of March 10, 2003.
