JOSEPH E. LAWRENCE, Plaintiff and Appellant, v. LARRY PASHA, MONTANA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REGINALD MICHAEL, LYNN GUYER, MICHELE MORGENROTH, BILL WEDDINGTON, HAROLD STREY, MARIEKE BECK, CHAD DAY, STATE OF MONTANA, MONTANA STATE PRISON, MONTANA HUMAN RIGHTS BUREAU, and MONTANA MDOC PREA COORDINATION, Defendants and Appellees.


ORDER

Self-represented Appellant Joseph E. Lawrence has filed a pleading, titled "New Evidence in Support of Reversing and Overturning Judge Ray Dayton's Ruling(s) Due to Judicial Bias and Partiality[.]" Counsel for Appellees, as listed above, responds that this Court should disregard his pleading.

This Court observes that this case is ready for classification after the briefing was completed on April 21, 2023. This Court reviews the District Court record along with the issues presented in the briefs. M. R. App. P. 8(1) and 12. We conclude that Lawrence's pleading is untimely and inappropriate. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Lawrence's filed pleading is DISMISSED.

The Clerk is directed to provide a copy hereof to counsel of record and to Joseph E. Lawrence personally.
