Appeal by the plaintiffs from the assessment of a sales tax deficiency by the defendant commissioner, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the court, Hammer, J.; judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiffs appealed to this court. No error.
