This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session. On January 12, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 19). On January 16, 2024, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues (Doc. 20) that resolves all issues in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the February 5, 2024, San Diego, California, trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 5, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 5, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned judge retains jurisdiction of this case.
