On March 11, 2022, respondent's counsel filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that the parties have reached a basis for settlement yet need additional time to prepare computations and sign a decision document. The parties expect to continue to work together and to file a signed decision document in sixty (60) days.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before May 13, 2022, the parties shall submit decision documents or file either separate or joint status reports with the Court as to the then present status of this case.
