DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for order directing the Pro Hac Vice admission of Bryan M. Killian, Esq., attorney for the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Motion for order directing the Pro Hac Vice admission of Raechel Keay Kummer, Esq., attorney for the District of Columbia, pursuant to section 520.1(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted, without costs, and Bryan M. Killian, Esq., and Raechel Keay Kummer, Esq., are admitted Pro Hac Vice for the purpose of representing appellant upon the appeal.
