This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on November 1, 2021, for cases where Houston, Texas is the place of Trial.

On October 1, 2021, counsel for petitioner filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Petitioner's motion indicates that respondent's counsel does not object to the granting of this motion.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed October 1, 2021, is granted in that this case is stricken for trial from the November 1, 2021, Houston, Texas trial calendar and this case is continued generally.
