ORDER


After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and a de novo determination of those portions of the recommendation to which objection is made, the recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B) and dated the 8th day of January, 2001 is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court. It is ORDERED that Defendant Jack Tillman, Beverly Green, Zena Washam, Rick Gaston, E.L. Mitchell, William Talbott, and Gary Tillman's, motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs action be DISMISSED with prejudice.

JUDGMENT

In accordance with the order entered on this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendants' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs action be DISMISSED with prejudice.
