On August 17, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the filing fee was not paid. On October 3, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate. The Court has also received payment of the filing fee.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Vacate is granted in that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered on August 17, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside.
