On July 8, 2024, petitioner's counsel-Magda Abdo-Gomez-filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Respondent does not object to the granting of the Motion. Whether petitioner so objects is unknown.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at the mailing address listed for petitioner in paragraph 7 of the above-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further
ORDERED that, together with the copy of this Order served on petitioner, the Clerk of the Court shall serve on petitioner a copy of the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before August 2, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of that Motion.
