ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On September 24, 2021, one of respondent's attorneys, Mariano R. Adayo-Beecher, filed both a Notice of Withdrawal as Counsel and a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. As Mariano R. Adayo-Beecher has been withdrawn as respondent's counsel from this case on the basis of the Notice of Withdrawal of Counsel that was filed, we will strike the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed September 24, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on attorney Mariano R. Adayo-Beecher at the appropriate address as set forth in the abvoe-referenced Motion to Withdraw as Counsel.
