ORDER

The parties have represented to the Court that they are engaged in settlement negotiations and, as a result, appellant's brief has not been filed. Although they anticipated finalizing the agreement by January 25, 2016, they were unable to do so. They now seek an additional thirty days to finalize the agreement or file appellant's brief. We GRANT the parties' January 25, 2016 joint motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief and ORDER either the brief or a motion to dismiss the appeal be filed no later than February 24, 2016.
