DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to require appellant to file and serve a supplemental record on appeal and for extension of time to file and serve brief of respondent New York State Office of Information Technology Services.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to require appellant to file and serve a supplemental record on appeal is granted, without costs, and appellant shall, on or before June 1, 2018, file and serve a supplemental record on appeal which shall contain the full administrative record filed with Supreme Court by respondent New York State Division of Human Rights, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to file and serve the brief of respondent New York State Office of Information Technology Services is granted, without costs, and the time is extended to July 20, 2018.
