Order granting plaintiff's motion for examination before trial of defendant unanimously modified by eliminating from items 6 and 12 those parts commencing, "and whether the said picture was widely sold," and continuing to the end of those items, and the whole of item 13, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
