Before the Court are appellants' January 8, 2024 unopposed motion for leave to file an amended docketing statement and the parties' January 16, 2024 joint motion to abate appeal pending mediation. We GRANT the motion for leave and deem the amended docketing statement filed January 8, 2024 properly filed. We also GRANT the motion to abate TO THE EXTENT THAT we SUSPEND the deadline for the filing of the appellate record and ORDER a status report or a motion to dismiss be filed no later than March 18, 2024.

We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order Felicia Pitre, Dallas County District Clerk; Tina Thompson, Official Court Reporter for the 134th Judicial District Court; and, the parties.
