NICHOLAS A. LAUREANO, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Cary Douglas Pugh Judge

This case was stricken from the Court's February 6, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On September 24, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report requesting addition time to file further reports. In our July 26, 2024, Order we advised the parties that "if this case is not resolved by the September filing date, we [would] set for the next available San Francisco, California trial session to provide additional deadlines." Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned and this case is restored to the general docket to be set for the next available San Francisco, California trial session.
