This case was stricken from the Court's February 6, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On July 23, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report, advising that the parties continue to work together toward resolution. While we appreciate that the parties are making progress, if this case is not resolved by the September filing date, we will set for the next available San Francisco, California trial session to provide additional deadlines. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
