This case was stricken from the Court's February 6, 2023, San Francisco, California trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On April 19, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report, advising that the parties continue to work "together to resolve this case without the need for a trial" and requesting additional time to file further reports. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby
