An appeal having been taken to this Court from a judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 01, 2021,
And an order of this Court having been entered on May 12, 2022 (Motion No. 2022-01365), inter alia, assigning Larry Bachner, Esq., as counsel to respond to appeal on behalf of the subject child Aharon L., And Larry Bachner, Esq., having moved to be relieved as such counsel and for an extension of time in which the subject child may respond to the appeal (Motion No. 2023-00375), And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeal pending assignment of new counsel for the subject child (Motion No. 2023-00501), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion of counsel for the subject child is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Larry Bachner, Esq., as assigned counsel to respond to plaintiff's appeal, and substituting, pursuant to Section 722 of the County Law, Daniel Robinson, Esq., 11 Park Place, Suite 711, New York, NY 10007, Tel. No. (917) 830-7529, to represent the child on appeal (Motion No. 2023-00375), and
It is further ordered that plaintiff-appellant's motion is granted to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect her appeal to the September 2023 Term of this Court (Motion No. 2023-00501).
