JOHN LAU AND DEBORAH LAU, Appellants v. PACIFIC ADDAX CO., INC. AND TINA NOSEFF, Appellees
On Appeal from the 199th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 199-02119-2014
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Francis, Lang-Miers, and Whitehill
Opinion by Justice Whitehill
This is an appeal from the trial court's September 30, 2016 supplemental turnover order. By letter dated March 14, 2017, we notified the parties that the Court questioned its jurisdiction over the appeal because it appeared the appealed order was moot. We requested that appellants file, within ten days, a brief explaining how this Court has jurisdiction. We cautioned appellants that failure to file a jurisdictional brief may result in dismissal of this appeal without further notice. To date, appellants have not filed the requested jurisdictional brief or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of the brief.
Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a)(c).
