On March 13, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and requesting time to file stipulated decision documents. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 3, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 13, 2023, the parties shall submit proposed stipulated decision documents or file further status reports regarding the then-present status of this case.
