This case was stricken from the Court's October 17, 2022, San Francisco, California trial session to allow the parties more time to resolve the case. Jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On November 23, 2022, the parties filed a joint status report informing the Court that they "have made some progress towards narrowing the issues and are continuing to discuss settlement" and they "have no objection to this case being scheduled for a trial session of the Court during Winter 2023." To move this case forward, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion this case is continued and restored to the general docket. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is no longer retained by the undersigned.
