By Order served May 24, 2021, the Court granted respondent's motion to remand. On March 31, 2022, the parties submitted for the Court's consideration a proposed stipulated decision. That document references a supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner on February 23, 2022. However, the record does not contain a copy of that supplemental notice of determination.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that, on or before April 29, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order and attach thereto a copy of the supplemental notice of determination referenced in the parties' proposed stipulated decision. The Court will hold the parties' proposed stipulated decision in abeyance.
