An appeal and a cross-appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about April 27, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants having moved to dismiss plaintiff's appeal or in the alternative for an enlargement of time to submit a respondents brief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the perfected appeal to the March 2017 Term. Defendants are directed to perfect their cross-appeal for said Term.
