United States District Court, S.D. New York
Mar 10, 2003
99 Civ. 9568 (LAK) (S.D.N.Y. Mar. 10, 2003)

Opinion

99 Civ. 9568 (LAK)

March 10, 2003

ORDER

On or about February 5, 2002, the Court directed the filing of a joint pretrial order on or before February 1, 2003, a date subsequently extended until March 4, 2003. Despite the thirteen months thus afforded, the parties failed to comply with the directive. Defendants submitted a so-called Joint Pre-Trial Order which was not signed on behalf of plaintiffs. Plaintiffs submitted their own version.

This is unacceptable.

If a joint pretrial order, complying in all respects with the individual practices of the undersigned, is not filed on or before March 17, 2003, the Court may impose sanctions, which may be case dispositive, on whoever is responsible for the failure.

SO ORDERED.
