Latimore v. State

Court of Appeals of Georgia
Sep 16, 1982
295 S.E.2d 348 (Ga. Ct. App. 1982)

Opinion

64208.

DECIDED SEPTEMBER 16, 1982.

Aggravated assault. Fulton Superior Court. Before Judge Eldridge.

James W. Howard, for appellant.

Lewis R. Slaton, District Attorney, Joseph J. Drolet, Richard E. Hicks, Assistant District Attorneys, for appellee.

In this appeal from his conviction for aggravated assault, appellant raises only the general grounds. There being evidence sufficient to convince any rational trier of fact of the existence of the essential elements of the crime, the judgment is affirmed. Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U.S. 307, 310 (99 SC 2781, 61 L.Ed.2d 560) (1979); Baldwin v. State, 153 Ga. App. 35, 37 ( 264 S.E.2d 528) (1980).

Judgment affirmed. Quillian, C. J., and Carley, J., concur.

DECIDED SEPTEMBER 16, 1982.
