Plaintiff's exceptions dismissed and final judgment entered. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 1556, Oct. T., 1978, from Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, April T., 1973, No. 6008. Argued December 5, 1978.
