Following review of the petition seeking belated appeal, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied without prejudice to the petitioner's right to move to withdraw his plea or to claim ineffective assistance of his counsel, or to seek other relief under Rules 3.800 and 3.850, in the trial court.
