Appellant's petition for writ of certiorari to complete the record on appeal is granted. The circuit court is directed to ensure that a court reporter besides Ms. Neva Warford completes the record. To that end, the circuit court may contact the Administrative Office of the Courts to employ a substitute court reporter to complete the record.
