LaSalle v. State

Supreme Court of Florida
Apr 28, 1967
198 So. 2d 14 (Fla. 1967)

Opinion

No. 35683.

April 28, 1967.

Writ of Certiorari to District Court of Appeal, Third District, 187 So.2d 407.

Robert L. Koeppel, Public Defender, and Phillip A. Hubbart, Asst. Public Defender, for petitioner.

Earl Faircloth, Atty. Gen., and James T. Carlisle, Asst. Atty. Gen., for respondent.

The petition for writ of certiorari reflected probable jurisdiction in this court so we issued the writ. However, after hearing argument of the parties and upon further consideration of the briefs and record we have determined that the writ was improvidently issued. Therefore the writ of certiorari heretofore issued is discharged and the petition is dismissed.

It is so ordered.

THORNAL, C.J., and THOMAS, DREW, O'CONNELL and CALDWELL, JJ., concur.
