On July 8, 2022, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case, seeking review of a notice of deficiency issued to petitioner and his spouse, Veronica Larson, for their 2019 tax year. On August 8, 2023, petitioner filed a Letter Dated July 25, 2023, which was signed by both petitioner and his spouse, requesting that Ms. Larson be added as a petitioner in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Letter Dated July 25, 2023 is recharacterized as a Motion to Add Party and Change Caption. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Add Party and Change Caption is granted and Veronica Larson is added as a petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "William Bryan Larson and Veronica Larson, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
