GAYLIN A. LARSON & DIANE M. LARSON, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the March 22, 2022 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar, but we continued it because petitioners hoped to resolve the case through audit reconsideration. They recently reported that the IRS still hasn't assigned anyone to review their request. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before September 19, 2022 petitioners shall file a status report to describe the parties' progress toward settlement and any progress in their request for audit reconsideration.
