This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on October 11, 2022, for cases in which Salt Lake City, Utah, is the place of trial.

On July 7, 2022, petitioners filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that respondent has no objection to the granting of petitioners' motion.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' motion for continuance filed July 7, 2022, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's October 11, 2022, Salt Lake City, Utah, trial session and is continued generally.
