FINAL JUDGMENT


THIS DAY came before the Court Defendant's Motion and Brief To Remand and the Court, having considered said Motion, is of the opinion it should be GRANTED.

It is, therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the action herein is remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to the fourth sentence of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). The case is reversed and remanded for a new administrative hearing at which the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) will obtain testimony from a qualified medical advisor regarding the nature and severity of Plaintiff's mental limitations; reassess the Plaintiff's mental residual functional capacity; obtain new vocational expert testimony reflecting the impact of Plaintiff's mental limitations on his ability to work; and issue a new decision.
