ORDER

Elizabeth Crewson Paris, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session of the Court.

On March 21, 2023, docket entry 9, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report which indicates that a basis for settlement has been reached and respondent's counsel has recently sent a proposed decision document to petitioner that reflects the terms of the parties' settlement. Respondent's counsel anticipates the parties should be able to file a stipulated decision document within sixty (60) days.

After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by this Division of the Court until further notice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the April 17, 2023, Dallas, Texas Trial Session, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 22, 2023, the parties shall submit decision documents or file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
