ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On February 1, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report. The report states that respondent requested computations based on the agreement of the parties and will send a proposed decision to petitioner as soon as those computations were available. Respondent left a voicemail message for petitioner Tchella Larry to discuss the terms of the settlement but has not heard back and is unaware whether petitioner Tchella Larry will agree to the settlement that respondent and petitioner Tykise Larry agreed.

On February 11, 2022, the Court held a telephone conference with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is   

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, remote Trial Session.  It is further   

ORDERED that jurisdiction will be retained by the undersigned.  It is further   

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2022, the parties shall either submit a stipulated decision document or file a joint status report informing the Court of the then-present status of the case.
