This case is calendared for trial at the February 22, 2022, Washington, DC, Trial Session of the Court.

On October 10, 2021, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (motion). Upon review of the motion it appears the incorrect form was selected. On October 18, 2021, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Motion to Proceed Remotely, filed October 10, 2021, is stricken from the Court's record in this case.
