BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. This court denied the same request made by the petitioner by motion in case 2D19-3591, by order dated January 16, 2020. In that order, the court noted that the petitioner's appeal of the circuit court's order denying his petition for writ of mandamus making same request is in process in case 2D20-13. This disposition is without prejudice to the petitioner to argue appropriately in his other two cases.
