ORDER
Joseph H. Gale Judge
These cases have been assigned to the undersigned for disposition pursuant to the mandate of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued September 21, 2020. On March 9, 2022, petitioners' counsel, Ajay Gupta, filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel on the grounds set forth in the Motion and in Exhibit A thereto. The Motion indicated that Exhibit A would be filed separately under seal. Accordingly, on March 11, 2022, Mr. Gupta filed Exhibit A to his Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, together with a Motion to Seal Exhibit A to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. Mr. Gupta represents in his Motion to Withdraw as Counsel that petitioners object to his withdrawal, but respondent does not.
We will grant each of petitioners' counsel's motions for the reasons stated therein.
The foregoing considered, it is
ORDERED that petitioners' counsel's Motion to Seal Exhibit A to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed March 11, 2022, is granted and Exhibit A to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed March 11, 2022, is sealed from public view. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall remove from the Court's public record Exhibit A to Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed March 11, 2022, and it shall be retained by the Court in a sealed file which shall not be opened for inspection by any person or entity except by Order of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that petitioners' counsel's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed March 9, 2022, is granted, and Ajay Gupta is hereby withdrawn as counsel of record for petitioners in these cases.
