Richard LARES, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee

From the 399th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2006-CR-10110 Honorable Frank J. Castro, Judge Presiding

Sitting: Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice

ORDER

Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice

On October 18, 2023, we issued a memorandum opinion and a judgment dismissing this appeal pursuant to Rule 25.2(d) of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. On January 3, 2024, appellant filed a motion for reconsideration. Because any motion for rehearing was due within fifteen days after our judgment was rendered, appellant's motion for reconsideration is untimely. See Tex. R. App. P. 49.1. Accordingly, the motion for reconsideration is DENIED.
