Respondent-respondent having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 9, 2012,

Now, upon reading and filing the certification of Sarah Spain Holt, Esq., dated April 16, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Shirley A. Gorman, Esq., 19 Market Street, PO Box 629, Brockport, New York 14420, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent-respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent-respondent submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before May 17, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
