Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 9, 2012, and the attorney for the child having moved to expedite,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Heidi W. Feinberg, Esq., dated April 19, 2013, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Shirley A. Gorman, Esq., dated April 25, 2013, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the scheduling order entered herein is amended to provide that the appeals be placed on the day calendar for June 20, 2013, and

It is further ORDERED, with regard to the appeal taken by Michelle B. Sullivan, that responsive briefs, if any, be filed, together with proof of service, on or before June 17, 2013, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
