ORDER

Before the Court is a Motion to Determine What Constitutes an Accurate Copy of Missing Item From Record. The motion states the parties are unable to stipulate as to what constitutes an accurate copy of a vital document missing from the record.

It is therefore ORDERED the trial court shall hold a hearing in this cause to determine what constitutes an accurate copy of the pleading styled "Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus Due to Double Jeopardy." TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(e). The trial court shall hold a hearing within 30 days of the date of this order to make this determination and shall order the accurate copy of the subject document to be included in the clerk's record on appeal. The supplemental clerk's record shall be filed in this Court within 15 days of the date of the hearing.
